Notify the driver when the current ticket on the tablet is not the most recently printed ticket for that truck

If a driver did not submit their last ticket from the previous day, that ticket will still be on the driver's tablet the next day. The driver still needs to submit the ticket, but if the driver received a notification that the currently viewed ticket has other tickets stacked behind it could reduce the chances of the driver driving to the wrong jobsite.
